At 70 years of age, 20% have significant cognitive problems. At 85, 50% have Alzheimer’s disease. The most disturbing statistic is that 70% of people who are diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease ( 5.4 million in the USA ) are put in nursing homes within 2 years, where they will remain away from their family and home for an average of 6.5 years.

Diet Exercise Accentuating your brains reserve Rest and recovery


The Harmonic Diet teaches you what to eat, in what portions, and in what order to eat them. Eating the right foods is not enough. Nutritional and dietary handouts will be distributed throughout the course of the lecture series and will be included in this binder in the Diet section.


A registered physical therapist provides an individual consultation to design an exercise plan that is ideal for your body, age and current fitness level. You will have a three month membership to a gym, which includes a tailor-made workout of circuit training, including anaerobic weightlifting and an hour long aerobic program.

Accentuating your Brain’s Reserve:

A class to help you understand how to increase your brain capacity and memory in novel, yet simple and unique ways.
One hour lecture on neurobics ( brain exercises )

Rest and Recovery:

The importance of adequate sleep and stress management will be explained in two separate one hour long lectures detailing techniques to improve sleep quality and stress management.

Optional Programs and services:

Group therapy sessions will be provided weekly for those who feel they will benefit from them to treat anxiety, depression, as well as learning stress management techniques.
